Orden incompleta / Producto diferente / Producto averiado: En caso tal de recibir la orden incompleta o recibir un producto diferente al solicitado por la tienda, o roto se reenviará uno nuevamente sin ningún costo de flete. Cuenta con 10 días para solicitarlo. La garantía será valida para los siguientes casos:
1. Orden incompleta
2. Mal funcionamiento
3. Producto roto
4. Orden diferente
Mal funcionamiento: Todos nuestros productos cuentan con garantía, en caso de presentar una falla el producto será cambiado siempre y cuando no se compruebe que haya sido por un mal uso por parte del cliente. Para este caso el periodo es de 30 días
